Dear All,
As most of you are probably aware, the CINAHL database is no longer available on the Ovid platform – it has moved to EBSCO.
I have a handy reference sheet which explains how to convert CINAHL searches from Ovid to EBSCO, as I know how frustrating it is to get used to another interface!
I can't attach this, but if you would like me to pass it on, please email me: k.masters@library.usyd.edu.au
Cheers,
Kate

Can you please let me know about Ovid and Ebsco . i really don't know about it .
Hi Ronak,
Ovid and Ebsco are two database vendors from which the library purchases products.
Medline, Ageline and PSYcInfo are examples of databases provided on the Ovid platform.
Cinahl and SPORTDiscus are examples of databases provided on the Ebsco platform.
All databases have essentially the same search features. However, their interfaces are usually different; it can be hard adapting to a new interface! That's why I provided this information.
If you'd like some assistance with searching databases, check out the following learning object created by some of our ingenious library staff: http://elearning.library.usyd.edu.au/learn/topic/index.php
You are always welcome to arrange a consultation time with me as well. Drop me an email if you're interested: k.masters@library.usyd.edu.au
Cheers,
Kate
